A vinyasa flow yoga workshop with live music to open your heart during February the month of love!
For thousands of years, February has been a period to celebrate love and passion, culminating in what we now call Valentine's Day.
Join Donna for a flow workshop where we find our roots with deep hip-openers and then open our hearts with deep backbends, and opening our Selves to Love and the ability to realise our full potential!
We'll be joined by 'Illumina' who are Sean and Lila, beautiful musicians steeped in spiritual music from many traditions. They will serenade our blissful savasana (deep relaxation at the end of the yoga), then lead us in joyful chanting and singing.
This promises to be a beautiful afternoon - please come and join us.
The exchange is will be £40, including Sean and Lila's beautiful live music, and herbal tea, chai, healthy snacks, prasad (divine treats!) and hugs! Yoga will be 1:30 - 3:30pm, and then Sean and Lila will be leading us in chant and song from 4-6pm.
