Corporate yoga
We all know that the workplace can be a stressful place. Yoga can be very good for relieving stress and improving fitness levels in the workplace - I am happy to come and take yoga classes in your office. Please give me a call to discuss your requirements. Prices start at £50 per hour or £60 for 90 minutes for a group of up to 10 people.
